The B+S Black Pasta Cooker has been designed with greater flexibility, quality and performance, allowing chefs to meet the dynamic demands of a busy commercial kitchen. So much more than just a commercial pasta cooker, this unit can be used for noodles, pasta, soup warming, cheung fun rice pastry steaming and as a yum-cha dumpling steamer.
Sturdy and durable, the B+S Black Pasta Cooker is constructed using AISI 304 grade stainless steel and has a 2mm-thick AISI 316 marine grade tank. Available in six or nine baskets, you can boil large quantities of pasta to perfection, and at the efficient speed you need to keep up with orders.
The B+S Black Pasta Cooker comes with an 18-month warranty.
