B+S Black Char Broilers
The B+S Black Char Broiler is mounted on an open stand with an undershelf ideal for storing cooking utensils. The cooking surface consists of heavy-duty cast iron grates with special drainage channels, which direct fat to the fat spillage tray located at the front of the unit. A cast-iron hood placed above the 33Mj burners radiates heat evenly across the grates, creating an ideal surface for grilling.
Each burner on our commercial char broilers is fitted with a flame failure safety device, piezo ignition and a multi-setting gas valve allowing for more controlled flame regulation. Frontal access to all components makes maintenance easy.
The B+S Black Char Broiler is available in four standard sizes, and can be combined with our Boiling Tops and Grill Plates to form various configurations to suit your cuisine style. See online for all our options.
